We offer you the chance to start out on your career, with a mentor who will guide your growth at the Group, and a coordinator to ensure your effective development. This is an ongoing training plan covering a range of practical and theoretical skills, with intensive initial instruction lasting between six months and a year, in collaboration with a business school. Being an Agora Group graduate means acquiring an in-depth knowledge of products, clients, processes, production, marketing, logistics, etc.
